How are we responding to COVID-19?

Washington and the nation are facing a critical and unprecedented time with the outbreak of the coronavirus. This has had a profound impact on our day-to-day lives, our wellbeing, and society as we know it. The pandemic has caused anxiety, depression, grief and has exacerbated pre-existing mental health conditions.

Lake Sammamish Therapy is here to support and serve our community via telehealth at this time. Now that stay-at-home restrictions are easing, we are offering in-person therapy as well. For in-person sessions,  safety measures will be followed including appropriate distancing, thorough cleaning of toys and furniture after each visit, and a HIPPA filtration system in the room.

In some cases, we may be able to hold sessions outdoors. Our office is located in downtown Issaquah next to Confluence Park and beautiful Issaquah Creek.

Stay safe and stay connected.

What type of sessions are there?

Lake Sammamish Therapy is available for teletherapy (including video or phone) and office visits.

In-person sessions can be held outdoors in some cases. Our office is located in downtown Issaquah next to Confluence Park and beautiful Issaquah Creek.

All non-scheduled phone calls over 15 minutes will be charged $35 per 15 minute increment.

How long is a typical session?

A typical session is 55 min. First sessions may be as long as 75 minutes to establish a baseline for a comprehensive treatment plan.

How much does it cost?

Payment is due at the beginning of all treatment services, including no-shows and last minute cancellations. Our rate is $125-165 depending on the type and length of session. Sliding scale services are available on a case-by-case basis.

Do we accept insurance?

Currently, we are not accepting insurance, but we may still be able to help. Many insurance plans accept out-of-network providers and  reimburse for mental health services. We can help with the process of submitting claims and provide a monthly statement to submit for reimbursement.
